At AnswerLab, I conducted user experience research for clients including Google, Netflix, Target, American Express, Oculus/Meta, Charter Media, and Airbnb, among others. Research I led helped drive product development and strategy by bridging the gap between stakeholders and users. I leveraged a wide range of research methods to uncover user needs, expectations, and behavior patterns, translating them into actionable insights and compelling narratives that guided product decisions.
