This section represents work I did for Pensa Labs, 2015-2019. I served in many capacities over those four years, always interweaving my skills in UX, design, and education. This section offers a deeper dive into my process and thinking, as well as some sharable documentation and artifacts (since my work with AnswerLab clients is less sharable due to IP protection).
